The Slipstream Cyle Works rear set ket for the Honda CX500 is the most complete kit on the market. Includes everything you need to bolt on to your bike and go ride within a hour, using only basic hand tools. We spent several months in the design and prototyping phase of these and they have been tested on road bikes and race bikes all over the world. You won't find a better kit for the CX.
This kit comes standard with fixed pegs. Folding pegs are available.
These are now offered in two different lever designs. The original, pictured on the motorcycles, and our new V2 desgin. Same great functionality, with a new sleeker look. The V2 lever design is the final photo.
There is an optional brake light switch kit available. It makes use of a pressure activated switch mounted to the back of the brake side bracket. You'll just need to run wires to it. Some people prefer to relocate the stock switch from the shift side of the bike. Some do not. This isn't necessary, but is the easiest, cleanest way to make use of the rear brake light.
Built from billet 6061-T6 aluminum. The controls are indexable/adjustable 360 degrees to allow you to fine tune to the exact positioning you prefer. Each set includes everything necessary to bolt on to your bike and ride using only standard hand tools.
